We collect only what we need in order to quote and deliver a cleaning scope. In practice that is: your name, your organisation and role, your email address and phone number, the address and details of the site to be cleaned, and any access, safety or operational information you choose to give us so we can do the work properly.

We do not collect sensitive information as defined by the Privacy Act unless it is unavoidably necessary — for example, a background check confirmation relating to our own operator, held because a site requires it.

The brief form on this site opens a message in your own mail client rather than transmitting the contents to a server — the information reaches us as an email you have chosen to send.

To respond to your enquiry, attend a site walk, prepare a scope of works and a quotation, complete supplier onboarding or prequalification where your organisation requires it, deliver the contracted cleaning, supervise and audit the work, invoice you, and keep the records a business of this kind is obliged to keep.

We do not sell personal information. We do not trade contact lists. We do not use your details for marketing unrelated to the enquiry you made.

Who we disclose it to

Only where it is necessary to do the work or to comply with the law. That may include our insurer, our accountant, our professional advisers, and a building manager or landlord where site access and inductions require it.
